Cabins

Reservation Cancellations, Insufficient Funds, Credit Card Charges, and
Security Deposit Fees, etc.

1) A service fee ranging from $10.00 to $50.00 shall be assessed on a facility reservation
cancellation at either Brierfield Park or Tannehill Park. A cancellation must be made at
least 15 days prior to the reservation date to receive a deposit refund less the minimum
service fee. Provided that cancellations are within 14 days or less shall be subject to a
charge of 50% of the one-day rental fee.

2)When checks are returned to either Brierfield State Historical Park and/or Tannehill
Ironworks Historical State Park, pursuant to 13A-9-13.2 Alabama Code, 1975.1 with
insufficient funds a collection fee of $30.00 will be added to the amount of the check. A
certified letter will be mailed with collection fees stated. If the check is not paid within
14 days of receiving the certified letter, it will be taken to the proper authorities for
collection.

3)A fee may be assessed on all credit card charges at either Brierfield or Tannehill Parks.
Debit card charges incur no fees.

4)A refundable security deposit ranging from $25.00 to $300.00 or equal to 50% of one day
rental may be required to rent certain facilities in either Brierfield or Tannehill Park.

5)All Park reservations may be subject to a $10.00 “Booking Fee”.

6)A “cleaning fee” per cabin or rental of building facilities may be assessed between
$25.00 and $75.00 to be disclosed at time of booking.
